Securex becomes the leading HR and payroll services provider in Luxembourg with the acquisition of IF payroll & HR

The acquisition fits in with Securex Group's objective of sustainable growth

Luxembourg, 31 January 2025 - Securex Group, a leading international partner for entrepreneurship and employment, announces today that it has acquired IF Payroll & HR to become the leading provider of HR services in Luxembourg, with a combined workforce of 110 employees serving 1,700 clients and over 40,000 employees.

Expanded service offering

Thanks to this acquisition, IF Payroll & HR customers will now have access to the experience, tools and services of Securex. These include payroll management, HR consultancy & outsourcing, monitoring and information on the legal framework, fleet and mobility management, dedicated HR training and the digitisation of HR data.

A smooth transition

To guarantee a smooth transition for customers and employees, IF Payroll & HR will retain its name and offices for the time being, and the company's co-founders will remain involved over the coming months to ensure an effective transfer of knowledge.
