Securex confirms acquisitions in the Netherlands and Spain

Securex has acquired the Dutch HR company Because B.V., a payroll administration specialist for the social profit, healthcare and childcare sectors and sports clubs with customers throughout the Netherlands. In late 2017 Securex also acquired 75% of shares in the Spanish company GM integra rrhh. With this latest development, Securex further reinforces its position in Europe.

Like Securex, Because B.V. is a payroll administration specialist, and the two companies have comparable expertise at their fingertips. With its focus on social profit, healthcare, childcare and sport clubs, Because B.V. is committed to the same values as Securex: quality, customer focus, accessibility, tailor-made solutions and personal contact with customers.

Securex will soon begin rolling out its integration plan for Because B.V., with Kristof Benoit in charge of integration and heading up all activities in the Netherlands.

Securex to begin operations on Iberian peninsula

In late 2017 Securex acquired 75% of shares of the Spanish HR company GM integra rrhh. For some time Securex has been committed to international expansion as a means of offering its customers integrated services across national borders.
