Securex Group sets up a partnership with Vistra Services

New step in Securex international strategy

Securex Group is setting up a partnership with Vistra Services, specialised in payroll and HR services besides other services. With this new collaboration, Securex is responding to the growing demand of European SMEs and starters for global HR and payroll services. Through this new partnership the Group aims at further developing and consolidating  its international position.

In early 2016, Securex Group announced the consolidation of its market position in HR outsourcing solutions in the Netherlands by the acquisition of Van Deelen Salaris.

Today, nine months later, Securex is entering into a partnership with Vistra Services (headquarters in Warsaw), an international service provider with a significant business arm in payroll and HR services in Eastern Europe.

With Vistra Corporate Services as a new partner, Securex is further pursuing its goal to offer the market of European SMEs and starters abroad a high-quality and integrated range of products and services in HR and payroll management. Through its partners, Securex is currently present in 16 countries in Central and Southern Europe. The Group has its own branches in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, and a network of preferred partners, such as Vistra Services, which are carefully selected for their expertise, focus on service and international client portfolio. Securex also aims to expand its activities into Northern Europe by the end of this year.

In particular, Securex already created an international hub, where clients can obtain answers to their questions, wherever their activities are located or planned. Of course, working with a service provider that is able to take on payroll across borders and manage them centrally is much more efficient.
