Securex strengthens its organization with Kevin Ledegen as Chief Technology & Transformation Officer

Brussels – HR service provider Securex is strengthening the executive committee of its international group with Kevin Ledegen, former Group IT Director of SD Worx. As Chief Technology & Transformation Officer (CT²O), he will lead the technological, digital, and AI transformation of the international Securex Group.
The position of CT²O is a new role at Securex, introduced at a time when technology, data, and artificial intelligence are playing an increasingly prominent role in the further development of the organization. As CT²O, Kevin Ledegen will also assume overall responsibility for the IT department.
With Ledegen’s appointment, Securex aims to leverage technology, data, and artificial intelligence more effectively to support clients more quickly, efficiently, and personally, thereby continuing to enhance its services.
Technology as an enabler of client value
The HR sector is changing rapidly. New technologies, evolving expectations from clients and employees, and the ongoing rise of data and artificial intelligence are creating new opportunities for HR service providers.
Securex wants to translate these developments into concrete added value for entrepreneurs, employers, and their staff. The focus is on user-friendly services, more efficient processes, and solutions that respond even better to client needs.
As Chief Technology & Transformation Officer, Kevin Ledegen will:
- Give direction to the technological and digital development of Securex;
- Integrate data and artificial intelligence even more strongly into products, processes, and services;
- Align technology even more closely with client needs and the various business activities of Securex; and
- Contribute to the development of new products and services that respond to changing client needs.
To achieve this, he will work closely with the other members of the executive committee, the various business units, and the technology and business teams of the Securex Group.
Experience and background
Kevin Ledegen brings more than fourteen years of experience in strategy, transformation, and technological leadership. He spent eleven years at Proximus in various strategic roles, including Director IT Transformation. For the past three and a half years, he was Group IT Director at SD Worx.
Throughout his career, he has built extensive experience in technological innovation, business strategy, and transformation within large and complex organizations. Thanks to his most recent professional chapter, Ledegen combines a strong technological background with an in-depth knowledge of the HR services sector.
