Securex strengthens its position in the Netherlands through the acquisition of Van Deelen Salaris

The Securex Group has acquired the HR company Van Deelen Salaris. Van Deelen Salaris specialises in providing payroll services and consultancy to employers concerning pay and HR issues. With this acquisition, which strengthens the position of Securex as an international service provider, Securex seeks to provide an even better HR service and customer focus in the Netherlands.

International growth and development

Just like Securex, Van Deelen has also specialised in payroll and HR consultancy for employers. Both companies offer similar operations and expertise. Moreover, they both subscribe to the same values: quality, customer focus, accessibility, customization and personal customer contact are key concepts.

Focus on clients and quality

In concrete terms, Securex took over all the activities of Van Deelen Salaris from January 1st, 2016. The 20 or so payroll specialists currently employed remain at their places in Wijchen, the Netherlands. Founder Theo van Deelen remains active as the commercial director. For customers, nothing will change for now and the continuity of services is guaranteed.

Founded in 1997 by Theo van Deelen, it has grown into a stable company with some 20 payroll specialists. Van Deelen provides the payroll administration and related activities for more than 1,600 companies, which represents the payroll processing for approximately 10,000 employees per month. The size of the client companies varies from 1 to 400 employees.
